Training Directives supports training for both Leaders and Members. It is a comprehensive guideline which is mandatory for both Leaders and Members to abide to.
1. All Trainings and Ranked Team Matches are to be announced to the Team latest 2 days before the date. If needed, please inform the individual as some of them doesn't read announcements which I will separately deal with it later.
2. Trainings are trainings, they are normal matches that is set for serious playing. If the match is not a training match or Ranked Team Match, please try to set it in a more casual manner. Enlightened Virtuoso is not all about serious matters, trolling is allowed if the Leader is ok in normal games. A Leader might also wish to organise a pre-planned troll game such as All Top, Global Ulti, All Invisible to build the relationship and create bonding with your Teammates.
3. All official Trainings and Ranked Team Matches will have debrief / lesson learnt to the Leader and Members regarding decision making and skills. A Leader will be pre-assigned to spectate a particular official Training.
4. Enlightened Virtuoso Standing Order in regards of training portion further enhances and applies to this directive.
