The Discipline & Regimental Directive is created to impose law and order in Enlightened Virtuoso to back our Standing Order and Punishment System. This Directive applies to ALL ELV players including Leaders.
There are 4 categories of warnings and penalties in ELV (in order of severity):
1. Unofficial Warning
2. Official Verbal Warning
3. Official Letter of Warning
4. Dismissal
Unofficial Warning
- Can be given by Vice Leader and above
- Deemed as the lightest warning with minimal impact caused on ELV Standing Order
- It will be recorded but will not be penalised in anyway
Official Verbal Warning
- Can be given by Leader and above
- A warning given after repeated offence in Unofficial Warning
- Dealt substantial impact on ELV Standing Order
- Unable to hold leadership position for half a year
- Leaders will be forced to step down when faced with this charge
- Will not be able to stand for competitive team selection. however, will remain in competitive team if he is already in
Official Letter of Warning
- Given by Vice President and above
- A warning given after repeated offence in Official Verbal Warning
- Dealt high/large impact on ELV Standing Order
- Unable to hold leadership position for (additional) half a year
- Leaders will be forced to step down when faced with this charge
- Will be pull out from competitive team
- Will not be able to enjoy ELV benefits and privileges for half a year
Dismissal
- Given only by the President himself
- Given only after repeated offence in Offcial Letter or Warning
- Will not be able to join ELV and ELV related clans and groups for 1 year.
- Immediate dismissal from ELV.
All ELV penalties given will be reviewed and lifted in half a year. However, there will be a record in ELV system for 3 years before clearing.
ELV discipline and regiment not only covers for Standing Order but will be given for any inappropriate actions or actions that will compromise the reputation, order and mission of ELV which includes inactiveness.
